David Model is a professor of political science and economics at Seneca College just north of Toronto. He has previously published People Before Profits: Reversing the corporate agenda and Corporate Rule: Understanding and challenging the new world order. In addition to his books, he wrotea newspaper column for four years titled The Global Perspective and hasdelivered a number of papers at academic conferences. He has been a social and political activist for over 25 years.
